Terms and Conditions for Luna

Last Updated: 2026-09-02

THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("TERMS") ARE A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND FullCrew Marketing LLC, A WYOMING LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY WITH ITS REGISTERED OFFICE AT 30 N GOULD ST STE R, SHERIDAN, WY 82801, TOGETHER WITH ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "COMPANY", "WE", "US", OR "OUR"), GOVERNING YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF Luna AND ANY RELATED WEBSITES, APPLICATIONS, AND SERVICES AT luna.steady-spirit.com (THE "SERVICE"). BY CHECKING THE ACCEPTANCE BOX, SIGNING IN, OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCEPTANCE
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You affirm that all information you provide is accurate. We may require you to re-accept these Terms at each sign-in or whenever they change; continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of the then-current Terms.

2. THE SERVICE: A COURSE IN THE TRADITIONAL MEANINGS OF THE TAROT
Luna is a self-paced learning product that teaches the traditional, historically documented meanings of the 78 cards of the tarot deck. Every card meaning, description, and explanation the Service displays is written in advance by the Company and stored as fixed text; the Service does not generate card meanings, and no artificial-intelligence model produces any of the teaching content shown to you. The Service is intended solely as an informal study aid. It is not a certified course, a human teacher, or a guarantee of any learning outcome, score, or result.

The Service does not perform readings, tell fortunes, predict events, or provide any form of divination about you or any other person. Nothing it shows is a statement about your past, present, or future.

3. NO PREDICTIONS, AND NO RELIANCE
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE SERVICE IS EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL IN NATURE. THE TRADITIONAL CARD MEANINGS IT TEACHES ARE HISTORICAL AND SYMBOLIC MATERIAL, NOT STATEMENTS OF FACT, PREDICTIONS, OR ADVICE, AND MAY BE INCOMPLETE, DISPUTED, OUTDATED, OR SIMPLY WRONG AS APPLIED TO ANY REAL SITUATION. THE COMPANY DOES NOT VERIFY, ENDORSE, OR GUARANTEE ANY MEANING, INTERPRETATION, OR OUTPUT OF THE SERVICE, AND MAKES NO CLAIM THAT THE CARDS REVEAL ANYTHING ABOUT ANY PERSON OR EVENT. YOU MUST NOT RELY ON THE SERVICE AS A SOLE SOURCE OF TRUTH AND SHOULD INDEPENDENTLY VERIFY ANY INFORMATION BEFORE ACTING ON IT. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DECISION OR ACTION TAKEN BASED ON THE SERVICE.

4. NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
The Service does not provide and is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological, immigration, or other professional advice. Nothing produced by the Service constitutes medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for such matters.

5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
YOU EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISK ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND ANY RELIANCE ON ITS OUTPUT. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or abusive purpose; (b) copy, record, republish, resell, or otherwise redistribute the card meanings, lessons, images, or any other course material the Service displays, whether or not for profit, or use them to teach or produce a competing course; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or build a competing product from the Service; (d) circumvent usage limits, security, rate limits, daily practice limits, or the access gate that stands between the free trial and the purchased course (Section 9); (e) submit text you lack the right to submit, or that contains another person's personal data without authorization; or (f) interfere with the operation or integrity of the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms.

7. YOUR CONTENT
The Service lets you write and keep your own notes about the cards you are studying, saved to your account as a reading journal. Those entries, together with any other text you type into the Service, are "User Content". They are yours. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to your User Content.

You grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, transmit, back up, and process your User Content for the purpose of operating, securing, and supporting the Service for you. We do not publish your User Content or sell it.

The Service does not record or transcribe your voice. No surface it presents to you captures audio, and no audio of you is stored or sent anywhere. If a feature that records audio is ever added, your browser will ask your permission before anything is recorded, and these Terms will be updated to describe it.

Your User Content is not sent to any artificial-intelligence provider, because the Service makes no such calls. It is stored on our database and infrastructure providers, who process it on our instructions and only to run the Service.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Service depends on third-party providers (including OpenAI, Beehiiv, payment processors, and email providers). We are not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, availability, accuracy, or policies of any third party, and your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms.

9. PURCHASES & ACCESS
Access to Luna requires active access to Steady Spirit. Luna does not sell, price, or bill anything directly. All purchasing, pricing, billing, refunds, and cancellation are handled by Steady Spirit and its providers under Steady Spirit's own terms. We determine your access through our entitlement provider; access may be modified, limited, or revoked at any time, including when your Steady Spirit access lapses.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service, including its software, designs, images, branding, and the written lessons, card meanings, questions, and course sequence it displays, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by law. The traditional meanings of the tarot are historical material that nobody owns; the Company claims no ownership of them, only of the particular wording, selection, ordering, artwork, and presentation of the course it wrote around them.

Except for the limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial study of the tarot, no rights are granted to you. Your one-time purchase through Steady Spirit buys you access to the Service under these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of any part of it, and it does not give you the right to share, resell, or reproduce the course.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). THESE LIMITATIONS ARE AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF THE BARGAIN AND APPLY EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

13. INDEMNIFICATION
YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, LOSSES, JUDGMENTS, FINES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES AND LEGAL COSTS) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO: (a) YOUR USE OR MISUSE OF THE SERVICE; (b) YOUR USER CONTENT; (c) YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS; (d) YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY LAW OR THE RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY; OR (e) YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY OUTPUT OF THE SERVICE. THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT YOUR EXPENSE, TO ASSUME THE EXCLUSIVE DEFENSE AND CONTROL OF ANY MATTER SUBJECT TO INDEMNIFICATION BY YOU, AND YOU AGREE TO COOPERATE WITH SUCH DEFENSE. THIS INDEMNIFICATION SURVIVES TERMINATION OF THESE TERMS.

14. BINDING ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by FINAL AND BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION administered in Wyoming, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. YOU AND THE COMPANY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entirety of this arbitration section shall be null and void.

15. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 14, the exclusive venue for any permitted court proceeding shall be the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

16. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE & TERMS
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without liability. We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page and the version date above. We may require renewed acceptance at sign-in; your continued use constitutes acceptance.

17. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Upon termination, the rights granted to you cease, and Sections 3, 5, 7, and 10–15 (and any provision that by its nature should survive) will survive.

18. MISCELLANEOUS
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them freely. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements. Headings are for convenience only.
